President Paudel taken to India for treatment

Kathmandu: President Ram Chandra Paudel has been taken to India for further treatment.

President Paudel has been taken to India by air ambulance of Shree Airlines.

Paudel had been facing health issues for the last three days. Home Minister Narayan Kaji Shrestha, Foreign Minister NP Saud, and Indian Ambassador Naveen Srivastava had reached Tribhuvan International Airport to see off President Poudel.

The treatment will be conducted in the All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS) hospital, in New Delhi. The treatment of Poudel was going on in T.U. Teaching Hospital but upon his family's request, he has been taken to India.
