Lamichhane and Wagle take oath of office and secrecy

Kathmandu: The newly elected two members of House of Representatives (HoR) has taken the oath of office and secrecy today.

Rabi Lamichhane and Dr. Swarnim Wagle of Rastriya Swatantra party has been sworn in at the Federal Parliament Secretariat. Speaker Devraj Ghimire administered the oath of office and secrecy to Lamichhane and Dr. Wagle.

Lamichhane and Dr. Wagle were elected in by-election from Chitwan constituency no. 2 and Tanahun constituency no. 1 respectively to the HoR.

However, Upendra Yadav was absent at the oath taking ceremony due to busy schedule. Yadav won the recently held by-election from Bara constituency no. 2.
