Leader Koirala insists on participation of workers in decision-making

Kathmandu: Nepali Congress leader Dr. Shekhar Koirala has underlined the need of ensuring the participation of laborers at the decision-making level.

In his best wishes on the occasion of the 138th International Workers' Day today, the leader spoke of the need for workers' participation in decision-making so as to further strengthen their rights.

He also stressed the need of providing social security allowance to workers in the informal sector, demanding the establishment of a Labor Commission from the government level to deal with the issues of workers in a broader term.
