Pashupati Jalhari Scandal: CIAA files case against member secretary and treasurer

Kathmandu: The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has registered a case against the then officials of Pashupati Area Development Trust (PADT).

CIAA registered a case against the then-member secretary Dr. Pradeep Kumar Dhakal and Treasurer Milan Kumar Thapa in the Jalhari gold scandal.

The case accuses them of doing with corruption for 491.718 grams of gold embezzlement worth Rs. 1 crore 17 lakhs 1 thousands 781 rupees 85 paisa.
