Hearing of Bharati Manandhar's writ petition concludes

Kathmandu: The hearing over the writ petition of Bharati Manadhar (Sherpa) has concluded.

Chetan Manandhar's widow wife, Bharati Manandhar, filed a writ against the amnesty given to Yograj Dhakal 'Regal.'

The hearing concluded in the presence of a joint bench of judges Ishwor Prasad Khatiwada, Sapna Malla Pradhan, and Kumar Chudal on Wednesday. The final verdict of the writ will be announced on Thursday.

Bharati started her hunger strike again. She has been demanding Regal's reimprisonment. The government gave amnesty to Regal on the day of the constitution.
