Supreme Court postpones Resham Chaudhary's hearing

Kathmandu: The hearing of the writ petition against Nagarik Unmukti Party founder Resham Chaudhary at the Supreme Court has been postponed.

The Supreme Court Administration postponed the hearing of the Resham Chaudhary.

Chaudhary was serving life imprisonment in the Tikapur massacre, in which 8 people were killed. Chaudhary is regarded as the mastermind of the incident.

President Ram Chandra Paudel under the Council of Ministers' proposal gave amnesty to Resham Chaudhary on Republic Day.
