NA Speaker Ganesh Timilsina accuses Ministers for not being serious in passing bill

Kathmandu: National Assembly (NA) Speaker Ganesh Prasad Timilsina has accused ministers of not being serious about passing the bill.

NA Speaker Timlisina, in a conversation with News Agency Nepal, accused ministers of not showing interest in passing bills. He said that ministers were even absent from the discussion on bills in parliament and committee.

Speaker Timilsina said,'This indicates that ministries not being serious about the bill.' He said that ministers must participate actively since the drafting of the bill. He said that political parties must educate their Members of Parliament in terms of drafting bills.
