One earthquake victim dies from cold
Earthquake victims are compelled to fight for their life due to the improper management of relief materials.
Surkhet: One earthquake victim has died from cold. Dumme Pun, an earthquake victim from Ramidanda, Barekot Rural Municipality, died in his tent.
According to Barekot Rural Municipality Chairperson Bir Bahadur Giri, Pun lost his life inside the tent due to cold. Pun was taking shelter inside the tent and lost his life due to the cold.
Chairperson Giri said that Barekot Municipality was in urgent need of around 2000 set relief materials including tents, warm clothes, blankets, and mats.
With this, a total of 5 earthquake victims have died due to cold. Earthquake victims are compelled to fight for their life due to the improper management of relief materials.
The earthquake on November 3rd (Karthik 17 ) at 11:47 midnight created a huge financial loss in the area and its neighboring districts.
