CPN(UML) request not to disrupt Sankalapa Yatra


Kathmandu: CPN(UML), who is on a mid-hill journey, has requested not to disrupt their Resolution March (Sangkalap Yatra).
CPN(UML) appealed not to disrupt their program as an identitarian group organized a protest as the party entered Koshi.
Rajendra Gautam, Chief of the Publicity Department, said that the party's attention was drawn as the group planned the protest to hinder their Resolution March.
Gautam asked the group to withdraw the strike of the state, road closure and other activites as it may hamper their program. He requested not to disrupt but to help out in campaign that is for development and Prosperity.
Similarly, Gautam said that in case of disagreement complaint can be made formally and peacefully. He said that the issue of keeping name for Koshi should be discussed in the Provincial Assembly.
The team of CPN(UML) would enter Khotang through the Mid-Hill Lokmarga passing Udayapur's Ghurmi.
Province No. 1 Re-Naming Committee announced strike by targeting UML's lokmarga. The chances of the clash between the UML and the Struggle Committee disruption as both are determined to execute their plan.
