Judicial Council recommends Chief Registrar Lal Bahadur and Registrar Nirmal Paudel for High Court Judges

Kathmandu: The Judicial Council has recommended Supreme Court Chief Registrar Lal Bahadur and Registrar Nirmala Paudel for the High Court Judges.

The Judicial Council meeting decided to appoint Judges in the Supreme Court on Sunday. Kunwar recommended as Patan's High Court judge and Paudel as Pokhara's High Court.

According to the recommendation, there is a provision for the Chief Justice to give the appointment. Currently, there are 39 vacant posts of Judges in  The High Court.
