Ministry of Home Affairs forms committee to investigate incident in Balkumari

Kathmandu: The Ministry of Home Affairs has formed a three-member committee to investigate the incident in Balkumari.
The committee has been formed under the coordination of DIG Lam Mani Acharya. Lalitpur Assistant Chief District Officer Amardeep Sunuwar and National Investigation Department SP Bashu Sigdel are members of the DIG formation committee.
The Committee has been given 1 week to submit a report on the investigation.
EPS-centric students set a fire in the vehicle of Minister of Physical Infrastructure and Transportation Prakash Jawala in Balkumari. Two students died in the scuffle between police and demonstrators.
