Police arrest youth for demonstrating in Maitighar (Photos)

Kathmandu: Police have arrested Asirman Singh for demonstrating the prohibited area of Maitighar.

Singh was the only demonstrator in Maitighar. He was demonstrating for the rescue of his friend Bipin Joshi. The Palestinian militant group Hamas kidnapped Joshi.

Bipin, who threw grenade outside bunker to save his friends, still missing

Police arrested Singh from the prohibited area. He was carrying a pamphlet 'Rescue Bipin Joshi.' Singh has been kept in the Police Station at Bhrikutimandap.

Joshi has been contactless for 3 months. There has been no information regarding Joshi just after Hamas attacked Israel on October 7, 2023.
