
Kathmandu: Bagmati Province has defeated Tribhuvan Army Club by 3 wickets in the PM Cup National Cricket Tournament.
Bagmati chased the target of 98 runs in 22.1 overs with the loss of 7 wickets in Mulpani Cricket Ground on Wednesday.
Pratis G.C. hit a 6 on Shahab Alam's bowling in 22.1 overs to finalize the victory of Bagmati. He was unbeaten at 21 runs. Even Ashok Paudel scored 21 runs.Sompal Kami took 3 wickets, and Jitendra Mukhiya and Sahab Aalam took 2 wickets each for Army.
In the first innings, the Army was packed up in 27.1 overs and scored only 97 runs. Captain Binod Bhandari scored 28 runs. Surya Tamang took 5 wickets for Bagmati. Pratis G.C. and Rijan Dhakal took 2 wickets each. Krijan Gurung took 1 wicket for Bagmati.
Similarly, Karnali Province defeated Lumbini by 60 runs at Siddharthanagar Cricket Ground.
