Police arrest father in charge of murdering his son
Budha was accused of killing his son with an axe on 16th January 2024( Magh 2, 2080). Earlier, raped his daughter.
Surkhet: Police have arrested Naya Ram Budha (45 years old), of Kuwapani, Panchapuri Municipality- 6, Surkhet, for murdering his son Bharat Budha (18).
Police arrested Budha from Lamkipur, Tikapur Municipality -1, Kailali. As Budha was accused of raping his daughter and killing his son to hide the incident.
Budha was accused of murdering his son with an axe on 16th January 2024( Magh 2, 2080). Earlier, raped his daughter.
Likewise, Bharat had filed a complaint, mentioning his sister being raped by his father, at the police station. Police assumed that Budha murdered his son for filing a complaint against him in the police station.
Senior Deputy Inspector of Police Narayan Sharma, Inspector of Police Budhi Prasad Subedi, and a team of the police chief of the area police office Babiachaur from Karnali Province went to Tikapur. An investigation team reached Tikapur with the help of mobile tracking and succeeded in arresting Budha.
Acting Spokesperson of District Police, Surkhet, and Inspector of Police Krishna Bahadur Khadka said that they arrested Budha from Lambipur at 10:00 am.
