KMC Mayor Balen Shah boycotts NA Election

Kathmandu: Kathmandu Metropolitan City(KMC) Mayor Balendra Shah has boycotted the National Assembly Election.

Voting for the election of members of NA is going on in Hetauda, the capital city of Bagmati Province. However, Mayor Shah's Secretariat said that Mayor Shah couldn't attend the election due to their busy schedule.

Private Secretary Bhup Dev Shah said,' Mayor Shah didn't go to cast vote due to busy schedule.'. But Vice Mayor Sunita Dangol gone to cast vote in Heatuda.

Mayor Shah also didn't cast vote in Provincial Assemblies. He only cast a vote in the Proportionate of House of Representatives election.
