Minister Chaudhary’s official visit to USA canceled

Kathmandu: Minister for Women, Children, and Senior Citizen Bhagwati Chaudhary’s official visit to the USA has been canceled.

Minister Chaudhary’s visit was canceled at the last moment, due to PM Dahal’s vote of confidence. PM Dahal has prepared to take a vote of confidence on Wednesday.

Likewise, the first meeting of the new cabinet held on 7 March ( Falgun 24) approved Chaudhary’s official visit. There was a schedule of Minister Chaudhary to attend the 68th session of the Commission on the Status of Women in New York; organized by the United Nations on Monday and Tuesday.

After the cancellation of  Minister Chaudhary’s official visit, a team led by Ministry Secretary Sumanraj Aryal left for New York to participate in the program
