Minister of Foreign Affairs Shrestha: Russia ready to cancel contract of recruited Nepali

Kathmandu: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Narayan Kaji Shrestha has said efforts are being made to return recruited Nepali in the  Russian military.

Replying to the questions raised in the parliament meeting on Monday, Minister Shrestha said that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation was ready to cancel the contract of Nepali, who want to return.

Likewise, he also stated that the theoretical agreement has been agreed upon, however, the agreement in modality is yet to be decided. He said that the Nepal Embassy in Moscow is continuously following up on the matter.
