Sudurpaschim Province CM Kamal Bahadur Shah prepares to take vote of confidence

Kathmandu: Sudurpaschim Province Chief Minister (CM) Kamal Bahadur Shah has prepared to take a vote of confidence.

CM Shah prepared to take a vote of confidence on Thursday after CPN (Maoist) withdrew its support. A provincial assembly meeting has been called for a vote of confidence at 3:00 p.m. If he fails to receive a vote of confidence, the Nepali Congress (NC) led government would collapse in Sudurpaschim province.

Likewise, Chief Minister Shah’s getting the majority vote of confidence seems less, due to the dispute within the Nagarik Unmukti Party. He has only 2 options either to receive a majority or to resign.
