Karnali Province's Chief Minister Kandel receives vote of confidence

Surkhet: Karnali Chief Minister Yam Lal Kandel has received a vote of confidence.

Chief Minister Kandel received 23 votes, out of 40 members in the provincial assembly meeting on Thursday. He received 11 votes against and 1 neutral vote. 35 members participated in the vote of confidence.

CPN (Moist Centre), CPN (UML) and CPN (Unified Socialist) members of parliament gave a vote of confidence to Kandel. There are 14 MPs from the Nepali Congress (NC) , 13 CPN (Maoist Centre), 10 CPN (UML), and 1-1 MP from Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP), CPN(Unified Socialist) and Rastriya Swatantra Party  (RSP)  in the Karnali Provincial Assembly.
