Arrest warrant issued against Kanitpur Chairperson Kailash Sirohiya

Kathmandu: An arrest warrant has been issued against the Chairperson of the Kantipur Publication Kailash Sirohiya.

The District Court Dhanusa Spokesperson Dambar Prasad said an arrest warrant was issued against Sirohiya.

The complaint filed on 28 April 2024 (16 Baisakh, 2081), claimed Sirohiya of being a Non-resident Nepali. Sirohiya filed a writ of prohibition in the Supreme Court after a complaint was filed against him.
