PM Dahal wishes his counterpart Modi
Kathmandu: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' has congratulated his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi.
Modi is taking oath as Prime Minister for the third time on Saturday. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)-led NDA alliance has agreed to make Modi the prime minister.
After this, Prime Minister Dahal called and congratulated Modi. Modi mentioned that he had a conversation with Prime Minister Prachanda and said that he was happy. He thanked PM Dahal on social media X.

Modi's party BJP won 240 seats in the recently concluded Lok Sabha elections. The support of at least 272 MPs is required to form the government. Even though the BJP did not get a majority, Modi is becoming the Prime Minister with the support of the NDA alliance's subsidiary parties.
