PM Dahal preparing for India visit to attend Modi's oath ceremony

Kathmandu: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' has been preparing to go to India to participate in the oath ceremony of his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi.

After the recently concluded Lok Sabha elections, Modi's party Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)-led NDA alliance has agreed to form the new government under his leadership.

According to this, Modi is taking the oath of Prime Minister for the third time next Sunday. Prime Minister Prachanda has been preparing to participate in the ceremony.

Earlier, Prime Minister Dahal called Modi and congratulated him. At that time, Modi had invited.

After this, Prime Minister Dahal set his preparations to depart for India. A member of Prime Minister Dahal's secretariat said, 'The invitation came. The decision to depart has not been finalized yet. One can not comment on things that haven't been decided.'

The cabinet meeting, scheduled for Thursday evening, will decided regarding PM Dahal's visit to India.
