Police arrest Century Bank’s former Chairperson Shrestha and 8 people

Kathmandu: Police have arrested the then Chairperson of Century Commercial Bank Rajesh Shreshta and other 8 people.

Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) arrested them from different places in Kathmandu. They are accused of keeping lower mortgages, giving more loans, and investing in Deurali Cooperative.

Previously, police arrested the then Century Bank’s Chief Executive Officer Manoj Neupane Tulsi Gautam and other workers on 27 February (15 Falgun 2080). They were released on 14 March (Chaira 1).
