Madhav Nepal: Convention would put forward socialist revolution

Kathmandu: CPN (Unified Socialist) Chairperson Madhav Kumar Nepal has said that the party would move forward with the socialist revolution.

Addressing a press meet, organized to inform regarding the preparation of the party convention on Saturday, Chairperson Nepal commented upon the upcoming policy of the party.

Chairperson Nepal said, 'The convention of the party would be a historic event in the politics of Nepal. We would be putting forward the agenda of the socialist revolution in this convention, which no other party has been able to carry ahead.'

Chairperson Nepal said that the convention would be a historic moment for the communist revolution. He said the discussion, meetings, and talks for the convention are natural.

Likewise, he said that he was aware opposing the chances of the formation of factions inside the party.
