Last 24 hours update of Floods and Landslide: 15 died, 2 missing

Kathmandu: 15 people have lost their lives in the flood–landslide, caused by continuous rainfall in 24 hours.

Nepal Police Spokesperson Dan Bahadur Karki said that 18 were injured, and 2 were still missing. Spokesperson Karki informed NepalViews,’ Injured treatment is going on, some are in serious condition.’

According to Spokesperson Karki, more than 120 houses have been affected in the last 24 hours. 161 houses were flooded and 125 were left homeless.

He said that the work of rescuing the affected families transferring them to safe places and providing relief materials going on. ‘ work to provide relief material to the families of those deceased are going on,’ said Spokesperson Karki
