Dr. Shekhar Koirala: Government to be formed will be 76(2) of Constitution

Kathmandu: Nepali Congress (NC) Dr Shekhar Koirala has claimed that a new government will be formed by sub-section 2 of Article 76 of the Constitution.

Addressing a program organized at Jorpati on Tuesday, Dr. Koirala said that the issue raised by him that NC and CPN(UML) to work together for stabilizing the country was meaningful.

‘ News is coming in the media, I want to assure you that there will be the government of article  76 (2) no need to be confused on whether the government will be according to article 76 (2) or (3), ' said Dr Koirala.
