Bagmati Province: Dispute between NC and CPN (UML) regarding power-sharing equation

Kathmandu: There has been a dispute regarding the power-sharing equation between the Nepali Congress (NC) and CPN (UML) in Bagmati Province for ministries.
There has been a delay in claiming Chief Minister, due to a dispute power-sharing equation for Ministries. Though it was said that the claim would be made on Sunday, it couldn’t take place on Monday due to the dispute in sharing.
Likewise, there is preparation to make NC Leader Bahadur Singh Lama the Chief Minister. Despite the preparations of submitting the claim to the provincial head as soon as the office operates on Monday, the discussion couldn’t conclude the ministries.
According to a source, CPN (UML) has demanded 7 Ministries, but NC is not ready for it yet. The parties also have to decide to assign a particular ministry to the leaders.
