Saurya Airlines crashed at TIA

Kathmandu: A Saurya Airlines has crashed at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA).

The aircraft caught fire during the takeoff on Wednesday morning. The aircraft met with an accident when it was flying to Pokhara.

Likewise, a team of firefighters and security personnel have been attempting to cool down the fire.

Police said that the plane caught fire after it slipped from its runway. 19 passengers along with cabin crew were on board.

Further details regarding the information is still to be acquired. This has interrupted the flight operation at the airport.
