Saurya Airlines' Crash Update: Death of 18 people

Kathmandu: A total of 18 people have died in the crash of the Saurya Airlines' aircraft 9 N-AME.

According to the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN), 18 people died and one was injured in the accident.

The statement issued by the Search and Rescue Coordination Center of the CAAN states that 18 bodies were recovered from the site.

Captain Manish Shakya was rescued alive. His treatment is going on at the KMC Hospital, Sinamangal.
