11 students injured, after school bus swept away by river

Kathmandu: 11 students have been injured after a school bus swept away by the river.

11 students were injured when the school bus swept away by Itram river at Birendranagar Municipality on Wednesday. According to District Police, 11 students were injured when a school bus carrying Deuti Vidhya Sadan (DV Niketan) was swept away by the Itram river.

Among injured students, 5 are girls and 6 are boys. Their treatment is going on at Karnali Province Hospital. Police said the rest are being treated at Deuti Hospital.
