Cavity in road section of Imadol

Kathmandu: A cavity has been formed at Imadol Road, Lalitpur.

A depression occurred on the road towards Imadol, which is just ahead of the Mahalaxmi Municipality-3 and can be reached by passing the Nayapul-Baklogaun Chowk road section.

Traffic has been blocked due to the formation of a 3-meter-deep hole in the road. According to District Police Range, Lalitpur SP Naresh Raj Subedi, the depression resulted due to the torrential rainfall since last night.

Earlier, a depression was also reported near the New Plaza building in Kamaladi, Kathmandu on 8 August (Shrawan 24).
