3 people killed in Surkhet's landslide

Surkhet: Three members of a family have been killed in a landslide at Majhgaun of Nalgad Municipality-2 in Jajarkot this morning.

The deceased have been identified as Lal Bahadur Pariyar (42 years old), Manisa Pariyar (34), and their two-year-old son Shivam Pariyar of Nalgad-2. The mayor of Nalgad municipality Dambar Rawat said they were staying in a temporary shelter constructed for the earthquake victims.

Mayor Rawat said a police team led by Area Police Office Dalli Police Inspector Madhav Prasad Chaudhary reached the spot. The incident site is near Dalli, the administrative center of Nalgad Municipality.
