Kathmandu: Speaker Devraj Ghimire has certified the Transitional Justice Bill.
Speaker Ghimire certified the Bill, which was passed by both houses of the parliament, on Wednesday.
House of Representatives passed the TRC Bill on August 14 (Shrawan 30) and the National Assembly passed the bill on August 22 (Bhadra 6).
The bill will take the form of an Act after the authentication by the President.
