President Ram Chandra Paudel authenticates TRC Bill

Kathmandu: President Ram Chandra Paudel has authenticated the bill to amend the Investigation of Enforced Disappeared Persons and the Truth and Reconciliation Commission (Third Amendment) Act, 2081.

According to Article 113 and Sub-Article 2 of the Constitution, President Paudel authenticated the bill on Thursday.

Both of the houses of the federal parliament passed the bill. It was submitted to the President for authentication after Speaker Devraj Ghimire certified the bill on Wednesday.
