Madhav Nepal: Court should reconsider in river bank dispute

Kathmandu: CPN (Unified Socialist) Chairperson Madhav Kumar Nepal has said that the Supreme Court should reconsider the decision to leave 20/20 meters from the river banks.

Addressing a program at the party’s office in Aloknagar on Monday, Chairperson Nepal commented on the river bank issues.

‘We can raise our voices, but can’t make the decision. I request legal professionals, to make decisions by keeping the public on the mind. If there is a problem with the law, please pay attention to that too. The court must reconsider it. Because the public must be kept in the priority,’ said Nepal.
