RSP: We will oppose decision to dismiss Deputy Speaker Magar

Kathmandu: Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has said it would oppose the preparation of the ruling parties to dismiss Deputy Speaker Indira Rana Magar.

Organizing a press conference at the party’s central office, Banasthali on Thursday, RSP said to oppose the decision of dismissal of the Deputy Speaker Magar.

Acting Spokesperson Manish Jha said, 'CPN (UML) and Nepali Congress are preparing. The internal discussion in our party is underway.  I want to clarify that we will oppose the decision.’

He said that it was not proper to take action against Deputy Speaker Magar as she had already clarified the matter by writing a letter to the American Embassy.
