Parliamentary Inquiry Committee recommends to take action against Rabi Lamichhane

Kathmandu: The Parliamentary Inquiry Committee on Misappropriation of Cooperative Organizations and Saving Funds has recommended taking action against RSP Chairperson Rabi Lamicchane.

Point, no 18 of the report submitted to the House of Representatives (HoR) on Monday, recommended taking action against Rabi Lamichhane.

In point no 18.1.4 it said ‘ Chairperson Gitendra Babu  Rai (G B Rai) and member Kumar Ramtel then managing director Rabi Lamichhane and director Chavilal Joshi were in the company as partners, they were responsible for the transaction that came to the company from the cooperative and recommending to the government for an action to be taken as per the prevailing law.
