Court's verdict regarding Gaushala Dharmashala: Marwadi Committee has no 'Mohiyani Hak'

Kathmandu: Kathmandu District Court has stagnated that of Marwadi Service Committee has no 'Mohiyani Hak' in Gaushala Dharmshala.
In a recently unveiled full text of the court’s verdict regarding the dispute, the court stated the Marwadi Committee has no Mohi Hak in Gaushala Dharamshala. Until the 1990s, there was a law known as Mohiyani Hakm, which guaranteed the tenants partial ownership of the land they were working on. The law has since been repealed.

The committee already accepted that there was no right in their agreement with the Pashupati Area Development Trust (PADT). Reiterating the agreement, the court gave orders not to raise the same conflict again as the court already gave its verdict regarding the matter.
