Darchula Jeep accident: 3 serious injured taken to Dhangadhi by helicopter

Kathmandu: 3 people who were seriously injured in a jeep accident at Darchula, have been taken to Dhangadhi by helicopter.

Jeep driver Sunil Joshi (30) of Pasti Malikarjun Rural Municipality-8, Uttam Rokaya (28) of Dilashaini Rural Municipality-5, Baitadi,  Sandeep Rawal (8) of Shailyashikhar Municipality-5, Lekgaon, Darchula were rescued from a helicopter.

Shailyashikhar Municipality Chief Administrative Officer Surendra Bahadur Bista said that out of 5 injured, 3 were sent to Dhangadi for further treatment by helicopter.

Likewise, a jeep carrying pilgrims met with an accident while returning from Jatra held at the local Malikarjun Temple on Friday.  8 people died in an accident.
