Kathmandu: CPN (Maoist Centre) has held an election assembly in Kirtipur Municipality.

CPN (Maoist Centre) on the last day of election campaigning held an election assembly on Thursday. The party held the assembly, where the upcoming by-election will be held on December 1.

Election Assembly Chairperson Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ and other leaders were present in the assembly.

CPN (Maoist Centre) nominated Professor Dr. Shiv Sharan Maharjan for the designation of Kirtipur's Mayor.
