Jajarkot by-election: 4 thousand vote turnout at Jajarkot

Kathmandu: A total of 4 thousand 42 votes have been cast for the designation of Nalgad Municipality, Jajarkot’s Deputy Mayor, in the ongoing local-level by-election.

District Election Commission Office, Election Officer Navin Kumar Kathayat, said the voting is going on peacefully in the polling booths.

Voters are casting votes in 16 polling booths and 24 polling centers.  6 candidates are competing for the designation of Deputy Mayor in Nalgad, which has a total of 16, 449 voters.
