Bishwa Prakash suggests Bidya Devi Bhandari to remain far from mainstream politics

Kathmandu: Nepali Congress General Secretary Bishwa Prakash Sharma has suggested former President Bidya Devi Bhandari not to return to active politics.

Speaking at the book launch event of ‘Aama, Sapana Ra Taaraharu’ (Mother, Dreams, and Stars) on Friday, authored by Ishw0r Pokharel, the Senior Vice President of the CPN (UML), General Secretary Sharma gave suggestions to the former President.

General Secretary Sharma said it is entirely in the hands of former President Bhandari either to re-enter politics and represent only a specific group or remain distant from mainstream politics and become a leader of social transformation.
