Lamichhane's case falls under bench of Justice Dayaram Dhakal

Kathmandu: A case filed against Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chairperson Rabi Lamichhane, in Sahara Chitwan Multipurpose Cooperative Society Limited's fund embezzlement case, has fallen under the single bench of Justice Dayaram Dhakal.

Chitwan District Court Information Officer Amrit Bishwakarma said former Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Lamichhane’s detention hearing will be held under Justice Dhakal.

Lamichhane appeared in court for recording his statement on Wednesday morning.
