Minor dies in leopard attack

Kathmandu: A minor has died in a leopard attack in Bajura.

Bijaya Rawat (8 years old) of Khaptad Chhededaha rural municipality-3, Dhurtala, was attacked by a leopard on Sunday evening.

Police Inspector of District Police Office Deb Bahadur Chaudhari said Rawat was attacked by the leopard while he was playing near his house. He died on the spot.

Likewsie, Police said the body of the deceased child was brought to Bajura District Hospital for post-mortem.
