Action taken against 3 policemen, who misbehaved with passenger at TIA Airport

Kathmandu: An action has been taken against 3 police men, who misbehaved with a youth, at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA). The youth returned home on vacation from foreign employment.

Police misbehaved with Sanjaya Ojha, a resident of Dhanusha, who returned from Dubai on Sunday. Kathmandu Valley Police Office, Ranipokhari Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Shekhar Khanal said 3 policemen involved in an incident were dismissed from the airport security.

According to a video, uploaded on social media by Ojha, a man argued with him about bringing the trolley outside after landing in Kathmandu for a 10-day vacation.

He called the police after a person, who claimed to be an airport employee, misbehaved with him. But instead, the police misbehaved with  Ojha.
