Durga Prasai’s custody extended for 5 more days

Kathmandu: The Kathmandu District Court has extended the custody of Durga Prasai and Rabindra Mishra for an additional five days for investigation.

District Court Information Officer Deepak Kumar Shrestha said that a single bench of Justice Mahendra Bahadur Karki extended the custody period for five days, effective from Saturday.

Kathmandu District Court orders to keep Prasai in custody for 12 days

Eariler, the court ordered Prasai to arrange the cancer treatment.
