Kirat community celebrates Ubhauli in Hattiban (Photo Feature)

Kathmandu: The Kirat community has celebrated Ubhauli Prava with great enthusiasm across the nation.

Members of Rai, Limbu, Sunuwar communities dressed in their cultural outfits, gathered at Hattiban on Monday, to perform rituals and traditional dances.

Ubhauli Parva falls on the fullmoon day of Baishakh and holds deep cultural significance. As part of the celebration, people offer prayers to nature, expressing hope for fruitful harvest season.
