Teramox Case: CIAA files corruption case against 16 people, including lawmaker Mohan Bahadur Basnet

Kathmandu: The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has filed a corruption case against 16 people, including former Minister and lawmaker Mohan Bahadur Basnet, in the Teramox case.

CIAA said a corruption case was filed against 16 people, including Basnet, Telecommunications Authority then Chairperson Digambar Jha, and other companies.

Likewise, CIAA Spokeperson Rajendra Kumar Poudel said a corruption case was filed against Telecommunication Authority then Chairperson Purshottam Khanal, Authority then members Dhanraj Gyawali, Tika Prasad Upreti, Authority Director Vijaya Kumar Raya, Surendra Lal Hada and Dipesh Archarya, Deputy Directors Rewati Ram Panthi, Suresh Basnet, Harinya Prasad Bastakoti, Achutananda Mishra and Sanjeev Adhikari.
