HoR meeting adjourned

Kathmandu: The House of Representatives (HoR) meeting has been adjourned.

The meeting was adjourned till 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, after the two sittings of discussion between the Speaker and the parties' Chief Whip failed to reach an agreement.

Earlier, the meeting was adjourned for 30 minutes after the opposition parties obstructed the meeting by demanding the resignation of Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak in the visit visa scandal.

However, in the absence of the agreement between the parties, the meeting was shifted to 2:30 p.m. But, due to the absence of the agreement, the meeting failed to resume.
