Durga Prasai taken to Kathmandu District Court for detention hearing (Photo Feature)

Kathmandu: The medical entrepreneur Durga Prasai and others, who were arrested in the Tinkune incident, have been taken to Kathmandu District Court.

Prasai, along with other accused, have been taken to the court for detention hearing on Tuesday. Case related to money laundering, banking offences, homicide, and attempted murder against Prasai.

Others accused in the case are Hari Chaulagain, Saroj Gautam, Satish Neupane, Gorkarna Shahi, Dandapani Regmi, Santosh Kumar Silwal, and Hemraj Tharu. 2 people died in the pro-monarchy protest at Tinkune on March 28 (Chaitra 15).
